The Esplanade, Raumati South

Our largest and most complex, end to end project to date... and what a spot to build, it’s not every day that we’re lucky enough to work with a view like this one!

With a cute coastal bach on a large property, the client’s decided to make use of the space and build their dream home. We were engaged to manage everything from helping with the design and conception phase alongside the architect to ensuring a smooth sign off with the council for Code of Compliance.

Keeping the original bach in tact but upgraded and the back of the property, a modern home was created and crafted. This dream home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional separate toilet, large kitchen and open plan living area that flows out to a beautiful deck and sun room, double garage and a separate guest room with it’s own bathroom and separate access. 

It took a mountain of sub-trades, along with the amazing workmanship from our team and time managed to get this one completed, and we are so proud to have been able to deliver a truly special home.
