Our first big renovation, fully project managed by us.
Our client was wanting a space for her elderly mother to be able to still have her own independence, but with the comfort and safety of family close by.
So, the backyard was excavated and on it, a one bedroom self-contained flat was built, with a fully functioning kitchen, bathroom and laundry, as well as a little deck area to enjoy some sunshine and hang out the washing.
The client also wanted to extend her own living space, so on top of the new self-contained flat a new lounge was built with a deck wrapped right the way around.
